My crown fell off and I needed to get in quickly to have it put back on. My dentist wasn't able to get me in until the following week. Creekside Dental was able to get me in the following morning, even as a new patient. Dr Leffler explained everything to me as we went when reapplying the same crown and made me very confident that it would stay on permanently this time! I am very grateful for everything this office did for me and can say that I have found a new dentist!!

The staff like Karla,Rosanna and Sabrina were were very kind and professional.I was seen as a new patient by Dr. Sater who extracted some teeth and repaired a filling while explaining everything beforehand and making sure I was doing ok during the the procedure. Once he got started he was quick and and very efficient. He made sure I had a printed copy of do and don’t items to follow at home. I highly recommend him. CREEKSIDE FAMILY DENTAL in my opinion is a great place to have your dental needs met.

Creekside Family Dental is a very clean and welcoming environment! From the moment I walked in (greeted by Jody at the front desk with THE brightest smile I’ve ever seen) up until the moment I left, I was treated with so much kindness. The hygienist I saw, Cindy, was so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process step by step. Dr. Leffler took such great care when communicating any of his concerns and thoroughly walked me through all of my options. It’s rare finding a business where the team seems like such a family- this place is a true gem!

The staff was so sweet to my 3 year old son at his first dentist appointment. They made sure to get a good look at his teeth but also made sure he was comfortable and didn’t try to force him to lay down, accommodated him with sunglasses to help with the brightness of the lights, etc. Super welcoming and thoughtful for kiddos that might be weary of the dentist! Highly recommend.

Had my first dentist appointment in 7 years and Cindy made sure I was comfortable and walked me through everything. Cindy and Dr leffler were the perfect people to see for my first visit back in so long. I have a few things that need fixed but they were so good at making me not feel nervous about it!

They get the job done in a timely manner and inform their patients of all options. They are not 'in network' but do take insurance. Dr. Wil Leffler has his degrees from Ohio State and served on the faculty of their dental school, following in the footsteps of his dad and grandfather. He knows a thing or two about teeth. His staff is extremely professional and they will quickly earn your trust. Top notch people and top notch care… you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Creekside Family Dental since before it was Creekside Family Dental. The staff, especially Susan and Jody, are terrific and caring. Dr. Leffler is funny, yet very serious about your Dental Health. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and caring Dental experience.

This place rocks as far as dentists go!! They have really nice chairs and lots of sharp silver thingys that they poke your mouth with, oh and their X-ray machine is literally top notch!! Even the chairs in the waiting room were really comfortable! Don’t get me started on the music selection either! I was singing along in my head the entire time like I was on Broadway!! They took a guy who hates and fears dentists and made me feel comfortable! I can’t wait to go back in 2 days to have my cavities filled!! It’ll definitely be the highlight of my week!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience, beyond what I expected and had hope for even. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I came in with a broken wisdom tooth. They were able to remove it painlessly. I kept expecting horrible pressure and discomfort during the extraction, but it was quick and over before I even knew it. I can't begin to explain how comfortable and calm they made me feel the entire time. You can tell this staff really care, and really enjoy their environment. I went home almost in tears from relief. I highly recommend this team. I already scheduled a cleaning. I am happy to say I found the perfect family dentist. Update 7/31/24 Went in today for a broken tooth that was causing me pain and sensitivity. Just like last time, which was over a year ago, everything went absolutely smooth. The team here seem like a family rather than co-workers. Everyone was friendly and fast. I was in and out, without feeling rushed. They checked on me every step to make sure I wasn't feeling pain during the extraction. Honestly I don't think words alone can describe the great environment they provide for their patients. I highly recommend them. I left making an appointment for a cleaning, because I truly only want to see them for my dental needs.

It all started back in 1975 when I started my first job out of OSU and asked a friend for a dentist recommendation. She was very afraid of dentists (as was I) but recommended Dr. Norman Shiff of Gahanna as a kind and gentle practitioner, so I signed up. She was right, and his practice was passed on to Dr. Edward Herman upon Dr. Shiff's retirement. Same wonderful staff and kind treatment, which continues today with Dr. Leffler and all of his staffers, many of whom have been with the practice for decades. I'm sure I'm not the longest-running patient, but getting there!

I was referred to Dr.Leffler by my retiring dentist Dr. Zeke. Dr.Leffler,s staff was very accommodating in scheduling first appointment and making sure I had all necessary paperwork and answers before appointment. Susan did the initial part of cleaning and she is very gifted and gentle. Dr Leffler and entire staff were very non judgemental and trying to set me on course for future good dental health. I am glad I gave them a chance.

I came to Creekside as a new patient since my dentist retired. Was immediately greeted by Jody, so warm and friendly. She was helpful with setting up my follow up appointment and navigating insurance coverage for that appointment. Brittany was my hygienist today. She was friendly, personable and made me feel at ease. Brittany made sure to explain her processes and made sure I was comfortable. Then met with Dr. Leffler. He was so friendly and personable, as well as professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. I feel like my teeth are in good hands!!! Thank you for a great first visit!!

This is the best place ever! I have been a patient for several years. Everyone is extremely friendly and treats you like family. Hygienist Cindy immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. Dr Leffler is always ready to answer my questions with a big smile and never makes me feel rushed. They always do an excellent job. I highly recommend this office.

Creekside Family Dental is a very friendly practice. Realizing my sensitivity to metal on my teeth, Brittany prepped and used a water powered tool that was much more comfortable. Dr. Leffler is professional and yet very friendly, pausing to talk to me as a person, not just a dental patient. Great experience!

Since my husband & dentist Dr. William Zeek retired Dec. 31st, 2023. I had to find a new dentist. Today I went to my new dentist, Dr. Leffler in Gahanna. Dr. Leffler and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His state of the art office was beautiful. I am confident in Dr. Leffler and his staff. They earned my trust today.

Creekside Family Dental is the best dental practice I have ever been a patient at. The entire staff is so friendly and they love what they do. I used to have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Leffler and his staff put me at ease every time I’m there and that anxiety is gone! I highly recommend Creekside Family Dental.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years. I was very nervous to go. Soon as I got there, everyone was super sweet, very careful and constantly checked to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. I asked if I can have my AirPods in due to the sound of the tools. They let me use them, to ease my mind as well. Dr. Leffler was straight to the point on what needs to be done. Not a judgmental environment. Thank you for making the experience less scary for me. I truly appreciate the reassurance, comfort and easing my mind. Recommend to anyone who is new or haven't been in awhile.

Dr. Leffler and the team are so wonderful. They are all personable and remember details about my life from each and every appointment, and make me feel like a valued client. Before my first visit, I appreciated that they asked me about any anxiety or fear of the dentist in advance of me going there, and then took extra care to make sure I was comfortable at every visit. They are flexible on appointments and had payment options for me when I was without dental insurance, as well. When I got married, they did all they could to ensure I had the perfect smile for my big day. I really appreciate Dr. Leffler and his team, and would recommend Creekside Family Dental to anyone.

This practice is awesome! Dr Leffler and his staff are so warm and friendly. I had come to see him due to a brown spot developing on my front tooth. My old dentist had told me the enamel was chipped and there was nothing that could be done about it! Dr Leffler quickly found the cause and completely fixed it and I was in and out in a half hour and my front teeth look amazing now! Definitely sticking with this practice! Thank you!

Creekside Family Dental is a great provider if you are looking for a new Dentist. The last time I was there is when I was a kid, and when I walked in I was greeted by nam before I even said Hello by Jodi at the front desk. Dr Leffler is awesome! I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. When an old filling fell out I thought the tooth was beyond repair but I put off any dental care. When I finally made an appointment at Creekside Family Dental I met Dr Leffler who used his care and skill to restore that tooth to be fully functional. Sept 2023- in for my 6 mo cleaning. My tech is always very friendly, as well as professional and does a great job on cleaning my teeth and answering any questions I may have. And Dr Leffler as always lets me know of any concerns he may have. I love that my appointment is on time and I don’t have to wait. This year 2023: I have had several visits so far this year. Including a crown, ages ago filings redone, and a cleaning. Each was done with care from Dr and all staff members. Thank you all for your great work and friendly service. This was written last year. 2022: Very personable and professional staff. My appointment was on time and I received a thorough cleaning as well as x-rays. Examination of my teeth was explained to me so that I could understand what future concerns I might have with my teeth. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone young or old.

Dr. Leffler and the team at Creekside Family Dental are incredible! They genuinely care about the individuals and families served there. My son was throwing a tantrum because his “last day of summer had nothing fun in it” and when I told him he had a dentist appointment, he was all, “YES!!!! Why did you not tell me we were going to see Dr. Leffler?!” Dr. Leffler framed a letter my daughter wrote to him and had it displayed in the office for years. The staff are part expert, part best friend, and part counselor, all wrapped up in one!! You cannot go wrong with this practice.

Since becoming a patient at Creekside Family Dental, I have always felt welcomed and comfortable when there. Dr Leffler answers all of my questions thoroughly and takes his time explaining everything to me. I have never felt rushed or like “just another patient” when I go in for appointments. Jody and Emily are both so sweet to work with when scheduling appointments and when being greeted upon arrival/departure. I never feel nervous about my visits because I know I’m in great hands!

Dr Leffler and the Staff at Creekside Family Dental are wonderful! There is never any pressure on having to get work done. Dr Leffler explains the situation and gives you the option to decide when you are ready to get done. In my case it’s usually getting enough courage to have it done since I am petrified at getting my teeth worked on. After it’s done I realize it’s not so bad after all! They are that good at Creekside Dental!

After my dentist of 20+ years retired, I was wondering if I would be able to find another office with that same family atmosphere, and after a couple different dentist, I found it at Creekside Family Dental. They go the extra steps to make sure your smile is the healthiest and as beautiful as possible while making you feel more than just another client! Highly recommended!

I have been going to Creekside family dental for a year now and each time I go in I have a great experience! The entire staff is super friendly, Susan my hygienist is such a sweetheart and does a great job, and Dr. Leffler always makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to make his patients feel special! I love that they offer a membership for patients who don’t have dental insurance that is reasonable with great benefits! I highly recommend this place!!

Creekside Family Dental has the greatest staff. I always enjoy going to my appointments and I always leave with a smile on my face. I never give 5 star ratings. Ever. I’ve been with this office for years. I’ve been with three dentists who have owned it. I believe I’ve been a patient here for 37ish years. Many of the staff has remained the same. They have worked with me on teeth issues, payments when I didn’t have insurance & anything that has pretty much come up! I cannot say enough about Dr. Leffler himself. He knows what he is going & you can tell by the way he takes care of his office & patients!

I highly recommend Creekside dental and Dr. Leffler. The staff are most accommodating to their patients whether it’s a yearly exam or an emergency. Everybody is friendly and kind and very professional. The music playlist is great by the way, and if you’re looking for a dental practice you won’t be disappointed.

My poor son slipped and fell at recess at school and smacked his chin and mouth on concrete, I had to take him to the er and then to the dentist, this dental office was kind, and friendly towards us. They were extremely gentile and friendly with my son who is 8 and I would highly recommend them. There was no apparently drama or poor speaking from any of the staff nor was there whispering or anything that would make you feel unwelcome. The doctor took his time with my son and examined his teeth while doing X-rays and did a full exam visually and with the X-rays. I also had to pay out of pocket for this visit due to not being able to access my sons medical card and the front desk literally offered to call the dental insurance company even though I didn’t have the insurance holders info, she went above and beyond and answered all our questions. When we called in of course I was upset by the situation with my son having been hurt at school and they were very caring, and got us in immediately. It was super easy to schedule and straight forward. I will be coming back to get our family dental care here for sure. I was extremely impressed and it was a breath of fresh air coming into the clinic. Thank you to the staff and doctors to make this possible we genuinely appreciate you taking care of our son with such a level of excellence.

I am thankful that I made an appointment at Creekside Family Dental. I had quiet of an infection due to a pretty bad cracked tooth. Jody at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she went out of her way in generosity to answer all my questions and insurance information. When I arrived I was well taken care of and the dental assistants were gentle in taking x-rays. After my exam with Dr. Leffler I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. I had broken a tooth last night while eating dinner. I got online, pulled up Creekside Dental online and was able to book an appointment online for early this morning. I strongly believed that my tooth would need to be pulled and had little hope that giving its condition that it could be saved. Dr Leffler and Emily made short work of it and saved it no problem! They were very friendly, professional, efficient, and comforting. Having had too many Military dentists poking around at my teeth, I normally feel a little uneasy in dentist offices. At Creekside I felt relieved, they really do a great job at making sure you're comfortable and not experiencing any pain. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited the office for the first time a couple days ago. Decided we needed a change from our previous dentist. My 10 yr old son felt very comfortable with the entire staff right away. I was very impressed that Dr. Leffler knew who he was right when we walked in (I assume) because I had uploaded a picture during the onboarding process. Dr. Leffler came out and talked to me after the cleaning and was very personable. He has young children as well. The online scheduling/onboarding process is very easy to navigate. I’m very glad we switched to this office.

I had an amazing first time experience with this office. I’ve never felt so welcomed walking in a dental office. The whole staff made me feel like family. The front desk receptionist went over and beyond to verify my dental care. The dental staff were great at letting me know if I should be worried about my sudden toothaches. The convenience of online scheduling was easy and I’m so glad they were able to see me on the same day for my emergency. I even scheduled another appointment for the next day for a cleaning.

I am terrified of the dentist. There was an almost 18 year period of time when I couldn't bring myself to make an appointment. Creekside and Dr. Leffler have been able to to keep me coming back for 4-5 years now. Everyone in the office have done their best to deal with my unease. The assistants have been willing to use hand tools to do my cleanings instead of the machines that make me panic and Dr. Leffler has been extremely gentle in both touch and manner when I needed fillings. Extremely patient people. I can't thank them enough.

My family and I have have been going to family dental quick family dental for over 10 years since then we only have great experience and we always feel the welcome and the whole team is great . Dr leffler is a great doctor he is respectful and easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable . Dr Leffler you are doing a great job , so keeps it on. I'm very satisfied with all the care that my family and have been received so far and it is a great place to bring the whole family thank you very much Doctor Leffler great job .

For my first visit Here I had my 2 toddlers with me. They were not only so happy and comfortable there that they sat nicely and happily during my cleaning but were eager to get theirs done! I have super timid kids and so for them to be so comfortable in this situation was amazing. I have loved my entire experience at Creekside Family Dental and highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Leffler and his team! My 8 year old, who has a quite complicated mouth, wants to come back and asks to go to the dentist. She was terrified of the orthodontist until she confirmed “they would be as nice as Dr. Leffler.” I have had a receding gum issue that emerged in the last two years and terrible staining on the exposed teeth where gum used to be. I have watched my smile in pictures become more and more closed off and my confidence in my smile falter. Dr. Leffler completely matched my teeth and repaired the entire left side of my mouth...on a day where my appointment was supposed to be a much simpler procedure. I am incredibly thankful for the kindness and understanding this practice radiates. Pictures of the new smile to come...once I can move the left side of my face!!! 😉

Excellent experienced staff. Feels like a family run office, everyone in there gets along well and knows what they are doing. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a change of pace from the big dental companies that are taking over, all the same services offered but with a personal touch.

I love this dental practice and it took shopping around to many various practices in Columbus before finding the perfect fit several years ago. The staff are ALL so friendly and going to the dentist is no longer a dreaded 6 month task. This team is dedicated and loyal. Dr. Leffler himself is wonderful and has been a great addition to the team!
